Charming beach access! Spacious, clean rooms gave me a refreshing start to my trip!

Worn out furnishings and unclean surroundings detracted from the experience. I felt uneasy at times.

The unit was big and perfect.

A real good way to end my vacation. Enjoyable base for long weekend with fast wi-fi. Comfy and surprisingly quiet location very close to everything & sea views. Not far from a great beach and the pier.

The takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were a hit! Plus, it's just a short walk to the beach for sun and fun!

A staff knock at the door was a bit much. After yelling we were fine, they nearly opened it anyway! Came back 30 minutes later yelling check out, but we had another day. If my husband hadn't been there, who knows? But the sun still shined after that!

My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The bed was soft and the staff were calm.

I encountered several issues, made me uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I found stains on the sheets and a lingering odor that was hard to ignore. The air conditioning was noisy and seemed inefficient.

I stayed 1 night at express inn and it exceeded my expectations. The beach front location was a major plus. It was a decent comfort for a quick stay.

Very outdated rooms!!! Cigarette burns on sheets and carpets!!! Appliances not even plugged in!!! The ventilation system looked neglected!!! Towels are thin and coarse, don't expect too much comfort!!! Too many overlooked maintenance issues!!!

It was just a balanced option for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk with good value. I appreciated the proximity to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean view. Bring your own snacks as there's no fridge available in the room.

Despite the promise of a 'recently renovated' hotel, I found dirty carpets, non-functioning appliances, and an overwhelming odor of stale smoke. I recommend checking the room thoroughly before settling in. It lacked the comfort I was hoping for during my short stay.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the place, especially lounging by the small pool and making the most of the free coffee by the lobby. There are comfy spots to chill, and the beach is just a short walk away for some sunbathing. The bathroom could use some updates, but it didn’t ruin my overall good time. 👍

The room showed signs of wear, with some thin towels and a flimsy door that felt insecure. Experiencing a lack of available clean sheets when requested at night was also disappointing.
